Governance in Regenerative Towns of Tomorrow

This talk stresses the importance of planning in order to create sustainable cities. Urban planning should be supplemented by regional planning to create ‘a superstructure’ in terms of primary, secondary and tertiary economic activities, and incorporate projections about growth of population, infrastructure, housing and economy.
